This pizza place which I think has been around forever in Farmington got a great write up in Connecticut magazine and friends of ours wanted to try it. So first things first great place to go in summer if it's 90 out and you want to freeze. This was the first weekend of May and the ac was at 67. The pizza fit the air temp. Crust is flat, no real flavor, tomato sauce too sweet, overall average local pizza and burning to rush out for. Service was good, however we asked them to adjust air... didn't happen .

The best pizza in Connecticut! Yes, it is better than Pepe's. Coming from Jersey this is such a delight. Very few pizza places in Connecticut compared to good old New York City/North Jersey Pizza. Highly recommend! The rest of their menu is fantastic as well. Sicilian slices are great, salads are awesome, their entire menu is fantastic.

Alright pizza not amazing and not too bad but overall great place. A-lot of awful staff though giving a ton of attitude.

Great food! Awesome location off route 4! Both Dine in and outside seating experience are great! Prices are on the high end but no complaints otherwise!

This place was recommended by a colleague and had really good reviews, so I decided to stop by. I ordered a large sausage pizza to go. It's a decent walk from the parking lot (if you have mobility issues) to what is a very unassuming building and entrance. Upon entry, the restaurant is modern and lively, with a typical, boisterous, goofy teenage staff lineup. The service was fast, accurate and polite. The pizza was magnificent. The sauce was spot on; could have used a bit more cheese and the crust was a tiny bit thick, but all in all, it was superb. I will definitely return.

Delicious. It is no wonder that you typically find this establishment packed or with a line at popular dining hours. The ingredients were fresh and for the amount of sit down and takeout orders combined, the service was great! The margharita pizza was so yummy we dove in and forgot to get a picture of it but I promise we'll be back again to get one!!!

Food and service have been lacking so much recently. Wings and pizza took forever and were completely undercooked. Previously we'd had decent food here but it's just gone down hill so much recently. Definitely avoiding this place going forward.

You know how sometimes you take things for granted?
Naples is one of those things.
But I have found myself returning again and again because I absolutely adore this place.
First, they have a wide array of pizza slices -- some of the best in the area. Nothing better for lunch (or even dinner). They're huge slices too. One is enough, and two is probably more than enough but still great.
But the pizzas themselves are just magnificent. I love more types of their pizzas than most places. Clam pizza? Check. Spicy Soppresseta? Oh yes. Buffalo Chicken? Heck yes. Each done in a bit of New Haven style.
I came on a recent Friday night and they were buzzing. Scratch that, they were crushed. And yet, they were turning out so many pizzas so efficiently that they were pros. Their staff is first-rate.
Salads are great and so are the sandwiches.
This place just has it all.
It remains one for the best pizza places in all of Central Connecticut. Worth the drive.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I'm glad you found our way back to us, Dan! We're honored to be one of your top picks, especially with so many wonderful pizza places nearby. Out of curiosity, do you have any suggestions for how we could earn that fifth star next time?
Can't wait to have you back,
Kurt, OwnerAug 29, 2020Previous reviewThis has been one of my must-have go-tos during this pandemic.
Here's why:
First, the pizza remains outstanding. They have the best slices around but the whole pies are just as amazing. Pepperoni, mushroom, or whatever else you want -- all great fresh ingredients and the crust is actually something you'll enjoy eating as well.
Second, the Toast app to order is simple and easy to use. And you can even schedule it in advance.
We ordered curbside to start, but now they have a good set up outside -- safe and effective. Everyone is well masked and the staff is really efficient and caring.
Beyond pizza, my daughter loves the mac n cheese and we ordered a great caesar salad as well.
Overall, remains one of the best places for pizza around and during this pandemic, it IS essential. If you haven't made Naples part of your takeout routine, you're missing out.Mar 30, 2016Previous reviewOk ok.
I think I've been a little stingy with that fifth star because I find myself craving Naples pizza more and more. Really top notch. Great servers too. The pizza slices are HUGE as well. Perfect for lunch.
Small quibble: stick to the pizza and other dishes and skip the onion soup they had recently. It wasn't up to their high standard. But overall, it takes its place among some of the best pizza in Farmington Valley.Sep 5, 2014Previous reviewI would've sworn I wrote a review on this place, but Naples had fallen off our pizza rotation for a few years. The traffic on Route 4 is a pain and the pizza I took for "take out" was just ok lately.
But recently, we've eaten in the restaurant on multiple occasions and I fell back in love with this place that we had gone to for years. The pizza is excellent with good toppings and the right amount of cheese. The crust is nice and they don't burn it like Pepe's does.
The seating can be limited and, in an area with great pizza places, it's not quite Harry's Bishops Corner or, in my view, Da Vinci.
But this place also has a lot more to offer than just pizza (the other two places have more limited menus) and as a bonus, it's in the same small plaza as a really good Fro-Yo place.
So, all told, we really love Naples and it ought to be on anyone's list of top pizza places in the area. - Jason C.Holbrook, NY0173Jan 13, 2024
