I was knighted in the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre in September 2014 at ceremonies in Saint Patrick's Cathedral, New York. The Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre was founded during the Crusades to protect the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. Today, membership in the order is considered a papal knighthood and members work to protect the Holy Sepulchre and other charitable work.
